As many of you know, Winds of Change.NET is hosting Carnival of the Vanities #42 tomorrow on July 9th, 2003. In addition, given the mass demonstrations in Iran that day I will also be running a cross-promoted "July 9 Carnival of the Liberties." You can submit any post you've ever made about liberty in Iran, so give us your best. Participation in both carnivals is allowed.
Submissions for Carnival of the Liberties will be taken via joe {at} windsofchange. net any time July 8th & 9th. They should look like this, without the brackets:
bq. * Author name or pseudonym, Blog: Post title - permalink url. 1-2 sentence description, no more.

Here are some quick tips for adding simple Textile formatting to your comments, though you can also use proper HTML tags:
*This* puts text in bold.
_This_ puts text in italics.
bq. This "bq." at the beginning of a paragraph, flush with the left hand side and with a space after it, is the code to indent one paragraph of text as a block quote.
To add a live URL, "Text to display":http://windsofchange.net/ (no spaces between) will show up as Text to display. Always use this for links - otherwise you will screw up the columns on our main blog page.
