I've never double posted before.

It's far more embarassing than I thought it would be..

Here's a particularly stupid article decrying the radical idea of enforcing immigration law, and doing it more strigently against Muslims and Arabs.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/06/12/AR2005061201441.html

"The approach is basically to target the Muslim and Arab community with a kind of zero-tolerance immigration policy. No other community in the U.S. is treated to zero-tolerance enforcement," said David Cole, a Georgetown University law professor and critic of the government's anti-terrorism policies."

Is every professor named Cole partially brain damaged in this country? Newsflash, no other community in the US has members flying planes into buildings and opening fire on El-Al counters. Tolerance and diversity is not a suicide pact.

papijoe ,

It happens to the best of us. Perhaps that CAIR/ACLU rapid response team needs a propert name.

Here are some quick tips for adding simple Textile formatting to your comments, though you can also use proper HTML tags:

*This* puts text in bold.

_This_ puts text in italics.

bq. This "bq." at the beginning of a paragraph, flush with the left hand side and with a space after it, is the code to indent one paragraph of text as a block quote.

To add a live URL, "Text to display":http://windsofchange.net/ (no spaces between) will show up as Text to display. Always use this for links - otherwise you will screw up the columns on our main blog page.

Finally, note that a constant onslaught of Trackback spams from auto-generated blogspot blogs has forced Winds to ban the blogspot.com domain from use in comments or trackbacks. If you host on blogspot, consider moving; otherwise, the complaints need to be directed at Google not us.
