We recently added the MilBlogger Grim to Winds' team at The Fourth Rail, and haven't regretted it for a moment. Grim's excellent interview with Cassandra of Villainous Company confirms the wisdom of our decision. This is just a very small snippet:
Q: What is your favourite piece of political wisdom?
Grim: The Gettysburg Address, which captured what should always and forever be the American creed in times of darkness. Our sacrifices must always serve as fuel to relight the lamp of liberty: or, as a contemporary of Lincoln's had it, "as He died to make us holy, let us die to make men free." Someone once said that the path of heroism leads only to the grave, and that is true. But show me the road that leads anywhere else.
With the 4th of July just behind us, we offer our readers The Gettysburg Address - and the PowerPoint version too.

Thanks for the link, Joe :)
I knew Grim would give a thought-provoking interview and was thrilled when he agreed. I've already gotten several emails from readers saying how much they enjoyed it.
I have to give credit to Normblog as well - the questions were his since I had no time to prepare. They were very well thought out. I doubt I would have done as well on my own.
