• London encountered Islamic terrorism first hand on July 7, 2005. There were four bombs detonated, three on trains and one on a double decker bus. The current death toll in the attack is 50 killed and over 700 wounded. London has long been a haven for radical Islamists and terrorists. al Qaeda is recruiting those with "technical and professional qualifications" within Britain. Mustafa Setmarian Nasar and Mohammed al Qarbouzy are believed to be suspects. Three suspects were arrested at Heathrow Airport, but later released. • The body of the final SEAL Team member lost in Afghanistan has been recovered. The Times Online reports the SEALs may have been close to a high-value target. Meanwhile, Pakistan states it will provide 4,000 extra troops to secure the Afghan-Pakistan border.
