Article: Toxic Terror Tick-Tock

My second Tech Central Station article this week is now up: Toxic Terror Tick-Tock.

It looks at Saddam's ties to bio-chemical terrorism, including the recent "ricin arrests" in Europe and the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing. I also discuss past attempts to use bio-chemical weapons by terrorists ranging from the Palestinians to Aum Shinrikyo to the Ranjeeshi cult, and assess the potential for future terrorist acts using these weapons of mass destruction. Finally, there's the $128,000 question: what is the risk right now from terrorists armed with these weapons, as a result of the war in Iraq?

It's the companion piece to Devils in the Delivery, which looked at weapons of mass destruction on the battlefield and discussed the limitations and options facing both Saddam and the Allies.
