In no particular order:
- Blogosphere Ecosystem creator and Winds of Change.NET "Blogosphere Medal of Service" winner N.Z. Bear is back at The Truth Laid Bear. He's just back from my honeymoon trip to Maui and Kauai with his lovely bride. Welcome back, and congrats!
- Met "Jheka" of The Daily Blitz at the Bay Area Lizardoid get-together. The quintessential New Yorker, with a New York wit. He's a Yankee fan, of course, but we'll forgive him. His Friday poem "Happiness" by Louise Gluck was wonderful. Also loved his story about the Boston Globe running fabricated news and being caught by al-Reuters!
- Finally, there's Pamela of Atlas Shrugged. Of Pamela, Jheka says: "She looks like Sheryl Crow, thinks like Ayn Rand and talks like the girls from my old neighborhood in Queens. What more could you want?" Dude, you forgot her poetic side, which also rivals Ms. Crow's. Among others, see her piece on the use of rape to uproot villages in Darfur.

Here are some quick tips for adding simple Textile formatting to your comments, though you can also use proper HTML tags:
*This* puts text in bold.
_This_ puts text in italics.
bq. This "bq." at the beginning of a paragraph, flush with the left hand side and with a space after it, is the code to indent one paragraph of text as a block quote.
To add a live URL, "Text to display":http://windsofchange.net/ (no spaces between) will show up as Text to display. Always use this for links - otherwise you will screw up the columns on our main blog page.
