What about the super secret Afghani pipeline? How many hundreds of millions of dollars has Halliburton raked in so far? We covered it in the last installment.
#3 from Dave T. at 5:35 pm on Jul 30, 2003
Maybe Halliburton is awaiting the arrival of the Brutal Afghan Winter™ before building the pipeline...
#4 from John Thacker at 5:46 pm on Jul 30, 2003
India's efforts to build an alliance with the new Afghan government are very interesting, and welcome, I believe. Not surprising, given the Pakistani support (which may be continuing somewhat, especially by the ISI) for the Taliban. no, no, no. havent you heard? halliburton scrapped plans for the pipeline in favor of getting in on the poppy growth and export action. :)

I thought Halliburton was going to build the pipeline For the Children ™. Perhaps they will grow the poppies For the Children ™ instead. nope. they are grinding up the children and shipping them to afghanistan to be fed to the poppies as fertlizer... For the Children ™. oh wait. no. that was saddam. damn, ive been listening to the hysterical left too much again. making me all peologiticaly lysdexic.
