Headed to L.A.

As many of you know, my friend "Armed Liberal" is getting married this weekend in Los Angeles. Thanks in significant part to the help of our readers, I'm going to be there. Individual thank-yous are on the way, and this means a lot to both of us. Hopefully, I'll also have a chance to meet some of the L.A. blogging cadre on Sunday afternoon, over at Redwood 2nd Street Saloon. The more the merrier! Because I'll be away, the "Good News Saturdays" framework post is also up a bit early.

Joe - That is very good news. I am so glad, both because you get to go to A.L.'s wedding, and because it means your outstanding work here on WoC has struck a chord with readers. The trip is richly deserved. Travel safely, and thanks for the blog.
