Rev. Donald Sensing (formerly Major Sensing) wrote me about that "How to Fix My Army" post Winds of Change ran on July 8th, describing a one-on-one meeeting in which a Major briefed Vice Chief of Staff Gen. John Keane on what it would take to fix some of the institutional problems plaguing the US Army. Says Donald:
"Much more meat at Vandergriff's own site. This is a 107-slide briefing that I had a much more favorable reaction to, although I still am left with the impression that in some ways he ignores some important things."Speaking for myself, I was most pleased that someone like Vandergriff could get a 90-minute meeting like this. It's a good sign.
Major Vandergriff has looked at this issue for a long time, but I'd be interested in Donald's additional thoughts. Meanwhile, check out Vandergriff's briefing yourself if you're interested. It's saved as HTML, so all you need is a web browser.

Here are some quick tips for adding simple Textile formatting to your comments, though you can also use proper HTML tags:
*This* puts text in bold.
_This_ puts text in italics.
bq. This "bq." at the beginning of a paragraph, flush with the left hand side and with a space after it, is the code to indent one paragraph of text as a block quote.
To add a live URL, "Text to display":http://windsofchange.net/ (no spaces between) will show up as Text to display. Always use this for links - otherwise you will screw up the columns on our main blog page.
