Yes, the translation first started appearing on the Internet about two weeks ago when I linked to it. As I said at the time, most of the rights provisions have the customary formula “as provided by law” i.e. they may have no real meaning. But some provisions have no such qualifications notably the ban on torture and the guarantee of freedom of religion.
Who cares about words. It is action that is important. If you want to read some lofty words than go read the old communist constitutions of Eastern Europe. They were closer to reality than anything that will happen to the American colony in the Middle East
