On a more personal note, I had previously told a number of individuals both online and in conversation that I would be transferring out to American University for their Washington Semester program. I had actually filled out most of the paperwork to that effect when I learned that Rockhurst University requires you to attend the school for at least your last 30 credit hours if you expect to graduate from there.
