Jews for WHO!?!

You've no doubt heard of "Jews for Jesus," a Christian organization that seeks to covert Jews by claiming that belief in Jesus' divinity is compatible with Judaism. Suffice to say that this is a lot less than honest. But we're not dealing with them today. On Shabbat at Winds of Change.NET, if you aren't good you'd better be funny.

In the "reality keeps outpacing my capacity for satire" department, however, I present: "Jews for Allah"!

Jews for Allah began in July 2000 under the leadership of Mohamed Ghounem, with Administrative Headquarters in Connecticut, USA. A visit to their web site included such navigational gems as:

"Jewish-Muslim History of Love"
(Fred, are they visiting your site again?)
"Jews Not for Judaism"
(ain't that the truth) and of course my favourite...
"Ex-Jews for Jesus"

Now THAT'S spiritual confusion!

As their site notes, "If you're interested in seeing Israel once again become an Islamic state, support our efforts, which as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says "the pen is more powerful than the sword."

Too bad for them that in unqualified hands, either implement is a danger only to its wielder.
