Yes: 3,058,763 votes (46.6%) No: 3,504,726 votes (53.4%).
Interesting - it won in the most rural of counties - Amador, Mono, Lassen, Imperial, Monterey and (less rural) Santa Cruz. What was that about, I wonder?

There is hope for California after all. This will get rid of roughly 22 of the worst scum that inhabit the California legislature once and for all!
Now if we could only have actual redistricting and competitive races and someone who understands how wasteful the California legislature is like Tom McClintock as governor we might be able to get the state functioning again.
