Rodney Dangerfield died yesterday at the age of 82. With the VP debates and the beginning of the baseball playoffs, it wasn't front page news. No, respect - even now. Just the way he would have wanted it.
UPDATE: Theif's Den left a comment with this Dangerfield gem in it: "I tell ya I get no respect from anyone. I bought a cemetary plot. The Guy said 'there goes the neighborhood!'"

Rodney touched us because there is some Dangerfield in each of us. We get no respect and wait to die, all the while sweating buckets and attempting to loosen our strangling necktie. No respect, I tell ya.

RIP.

And my favorite Dangerfield quote (from Back to School): "F--k you, Vonnegut!"
Rodney Dangerfield was one of the best there was and will ever be,Rodney along with Henny,Milty, and Alan king, They used each others jokes
and made them funny in there own special way.
I'm sure he is getting all the Respect he deserves.
He is in my thoughts every day.
There's a lot of Rodney Dangerfield in Me!
