Note that Friday evening marked the beginning of the Jewish High Holy Days, which will continue until Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) on Monday, Sept. 16th.
In light of that, I'd like to promise that my blog will become more focused on inner matters than world events... but Iraq is gaining steam with each passing day, and the Arabs are known for attacking others on their holy days, and something tells me that will be a difficult promise to keep.
