You might be thinking of the "Amarillo" music video. The "Kosovo" one appears to be done by Norweigan soldiers:

"We'll kick your ass and the see how it goes" killed me.
The burned out bus part, lost it.
Had to hear it again to get to the rest.

I had long thought that John Phillips "Kokomo" was ripe for parody -- a laundry list of Caribean vacation destinations to be presented as a laundry list of foreign military adventures. Just never got around to it.
