"If you find it's me you're missing, if you're hoping I'll return.
To your thoughts I'll soon be list'ning, and in the road I'll stop and turn.
Then the wind will set me racing as my journey nears its end.
And the path I'll be retracing when I'm homeward bound again..."
Back on Sept. 26, 2004, Robin Burke ran a link to a Flash tribute called "Until Then", honouring the service of allied forces in Iraq. It's extremely moving, and very appropriate. Mike Daley reminds me that they have a series of excellent tributes up on the web, covering topics from 9/11 to the recent tsunami. Their latest is called "One More", and there's a story behind it:
"A military mom named Millie sent me an email which explained how she was sent a link to our "Until Then" presentation on Christmas eve. She had lost her sonin Iraq in March of 2003. As she watched, she saw one of the last pictures taken of her son, sitting relaxed, reading a newspaper. I have pondered greatly on that happenstance and of the many families that have lost loved ones in this conflict...."
For Brian, Millie's boy. For all who have given so much. For all who stand with them, and behind them. One more...

Joe,
Thanks so much for getting this up.
Todd Clegg deserves so much public acclaim for the patriotic slide shows he's created, I'm really glad WoC is leading the way in this.
