And is that jammer only radiating on the frequencies that you're trying to jam? Of course not; you're also messing up people in harmonics all the way up and down the scale, including those using services you have no idea of, much less intend to jam. The idea of turning one of those on in a hospital waiting room is frankly horrifying.

Well, yes, she does explain why you'd never turn one of these things on near a hospital. And I strongly suspect that she does not in fact have a jammer.
But we can all fantasize, and I, for one, look forward to the day when targeted devices of this type are not only possible, but deployed.
